Diary Of A Dying Star

Silver gelatin prints manipulated with the mordançage technique

Stars, almost like living beings, are born, live their own lives and then they die.
They can have a long and quiet life or a short and turbulent one, but the phases close to their death
will be marked by dramatic events of magnitude so great, that nothing in human existence prepare us to conceive.
The photographic project, using the mordançage technique, is an attempt to exorcise the drama of the last events of existence, accompanying them in a dance of veils that gives a delay,
a postponment, or maybe the illusion of another occasion.
